Hello hello my darling dimsums! What’s new in your life? Nothing much in mine, if you ask me. But that doesn’t deter me from enjoying my zindagani and doing the things I like. Khair, before I digress any more, let me get on with your dose of daily goss, starting with
Imran Khan.

Imran KhanA trade-types khabru called to tell me that the actor is on a high after the success of I Hate Luv Storys. Not only has he regained lost glory, after duds like Kidnap and Luck, but he’s also become sought after by the heroines.

I’m informed that Imran has got feelers from established actresses like Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra to pair with them. So much so, that they are believed to be recommending him for the romantic comedies that they’re being offered, I’m told.

Even Sonam Kapoor, who reportedly threw tantrums galore during the making of IHLS, is keen to work with the young Khan again. And not to forget Deepika Padukone, who I’m told, got along with him while filming Break Ke Baad in Mauritius last month.

That’s not all. Khan’s cola commercial with Kalki Koechlin, which has been shot by Dibaker Bannerjee, has been selected by the company’s bosses for their ‘Beyond Language’ campaign to be used in other countries too.

The colawallahs feel that the ad has worked so well that it can transcend borders, cultures and languages… so much so that they are planning a global campaign with the actor. Hmm, chalo, badhiya hai.
