A Muslim body in the United States has condemned the Gorakhpur serial blasts, saying the number of attacks on civilians are on an increase in India.
"The efforts to curb this violence must go beyond placing the blame on one party or the other," said Rahmat Baig, vice president of Indian
Muslim Council of USA (IMC-USA).
"To win the confidence of all communities the investigations must be transparent and include all sources of terror, home-grown or international," he added.
