Police are trying to track down those responsible for posting a video clip on social networking sites showing security persons parading young civilians without clothes.
There is no date to the clip and the village where the alleged incident took place has not been stated, though it is
guessed to be close to Sopore, 55 km north of Srinagar.
The clip shows unarmed, unclad civilians walking in a file and abused by uniformed security persons.
Home Minister P Chidambaram has described the video as unreliable.
However, the police have taken cognisance of the film.
