Rumour mills suggest that filmmaker Prakash Jha has demanded
Rs. 75 crore for his film. The production house however thinks that the commercial viability of the film is not worth the amount.
Says a source, "Prakash Jha asked for
Rs. 75 crore for his film. UTV was taken completely aback.
The film may have a big cast but its subject does not lend itself to popular entertainment."
The cast of the film includes Nana Patekar, Ajay Devgn, Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Manoj Bajpai, Katrina Kaif and Naseeruddin Shah.
However, sources from UTV tell a daily that there is no such development
