Rahman remakes MJ's song for Haiti

Oscar winner A R Rahman is all set to remake Micheal Jackson's hit We are the world to raise money for Haiti earthquacke victims. The music director has lined up about 100 stars
to sing for him. The song has been recorded Henson Studios, where the original version was recorded 25 years ago.

As per the press realease, Quincy Jones, who had produced the original record-breaking song, produces the remake too. The list of singers includes Carlos Santana, Jennifer Hudson, Jamie Foxx, Miley Cyrus, Akon, Celine Dion, Usher, Will.i.am, Barbara Streisand, Enrique Iglesias etc. All these stars have met Rahman and done the initial recording.

Rahman's version of the song will premiere worldwide on NBC network when it exclusively covers the Winter Olympics opening ceremony in Vancouver on February 12, a press release said.
