After an eventful Tuesday that included the preventive arrest and late night release of anti-graft crusader Anna Hazare and his aides along with his supporters, members of Team Anna said the fight will continue on Wednesday, too. If Hazare was allowed to stay in Delhi, the India Against
Corruption (IAC) campaigners will again embark on the protest demonstrations either at Jai Prakash Narayan Park or another venue.

In fact, Hazare had recorded an audio-video message for his supporters before he was picked up from Mayur Vihar. The IAC had released it on YouTube within minutes after police took him away.

Hazare’s message, also aired by various channels, clearly told supporters: “Come out on the streets in large numbers … so much so, all jails in the country should be filled to the capacity.”

“We live for our selves the entire life. Now is the time to give seven days for the country,” Hazare had exhorted. By the time this report went to press, Hazare was yet to be released. Ashwathi Muralidharan, IAC member, said “In case of the possibility that Hazare is sent back to Maharashtra, as is rumoured, we are yet to decide on our plan of action.”
