The Congress party Sunday denied any "setback" due to Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar attending an NDA rally in Ludhiana, but asked how the Janata Dal-United leader had shared the stage with Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi after saying he wouldn't. Congress spokesperson Abhishek
Manu Singhvi, reacting to Nitish Kumar attending a National Democratic Alliance (NDA) rally in Ludhiana in Punjab, said: "Certainly not, we have no setback."

Asked to comment on Nitish Kumar sharing the stage with Modi, he said: "You must ask this question to Nitish Kumar." The JD-U leader had told a TV channel that he would not share the dais with Narendra Modi.

Kumar, an important ally of the NDA, has become important in the current political scenario after being wooed by the United Progressive Alliance and Third Front for a post poll alliance. Kumar has reiterated that he is very much part of the NDA.
