Funny guys: Sharman Joshi, Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor and Kunal Khemu in a still from the film Dhol.
Dhol
Cast: Rajpal Yadav, Tusshar Kapoor, Tanushree Dutta
Direction: Believe it or not Priyadarshan
Rating: A dhol This one is about four wackos (Yadav, Kapoor, Kunal Khemu, Sharman
Joshi) who keep slapping, hitting, tripping and kicking one another. And they’re supposed to be good friends.

This one is about Tanushree Dutta who could well be playing the title role of Dhol. The wackos pursue her as if she were the only woman in the city of Pune (photographed shabbily, she as well as the locations).

It’s about snowy-wigged Om Puri who keeps getting slapped and boxed. And it’s about his vanilla-haired white, Overgrown Baby Farida, who speaks in a very dubbed Shubha Mudgalish voice. Ab ke saawan, what’s happening really?

It’s also about Arbaaz Khan so serious that you’re scared. And it’s also the worst movie ever made by Priyadarshan – a comedy that’s about as funny as a toothache. Ouch.
