'Toxic' pop diva Britney Spears is in trouble again - this time she's facing yet more agony in her ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline. A 300-page document released by Judge Scott Gordon who is overseeing the case has revealed that the singer has received a damning report from the
Los Angeles' Department of Children and Family Services, the media reported today.
"Based on its investigation to date, it should be noted that DCFS has concerns of its own regarding the safety and welfare of the children if the children are left in the mother's care," according to a part of the document. Spears has been battling to regain custody of her two children after Judge Gordon gave their full custody to her former husband.
