Amritsar is all set to witness the opening of Rs. 510-crore Trilium Mall, a product of Tata Reality, as it will be thrown open for public on Saturday.
Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal and chairman of the Tata Group Cyrus Mistry will inaugurate the mall on Saturday morning. Deputy CM Sukhbir Badal is also likely to join the opening ceremony.
Managing director and CEO, Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd, Sanjay Ubale said, "Trilium will offer a diverse blend of retail and entertainment arenas including a food court with over 800 seating capacity, a six-screen multiplex, hypermarket, departmental stores, family entertainment centre, banquet, marriage specific retail theme, wellness centres, home concepts, micro-brewery, gym, spa, fine dining, landscaped central civic space, and two-level basement parking for over 1200 cars."
The MD added that spread over 5.54 acres with 7,00,000 square feet of shopping area this all-under-one-roof (AUOR) mall is also earthquake-resistant.
Ubale claimed that Trillium would give employment to about 3000 to 4000 people both directly and indirectly.
