Taking serious note of non appearance of two Goa police officials, one doctor and one owner of the guest house in the court on 6th and 7th February fixed to record their evidence, District and sessions judge Faridkot on Thursday issued bailable warrants of all the four and directed them to appear
in the court on February 19.

The court of sessions judge continuously holding the court for day-to-day hearing in the infamous Faridkot abduction-cum-rape case of 15-years-old girl who was abducted from Faridkot on September 24 last year.

The main accused Nishan Singh Brar after abduction took the victim to Goa where she was raped. The Faridkot police nabbed the main accused Nishan Singh Brar from Goa beach on October 20 and produced in the court there.

The main accused was also medically examined and that was the reason that the proseeution wanted be examined in the court.

The owner of the guest house at Goa where the main accusedalong with the victim stayed, was also directed to appear on February 19.
