The Punjab deputy chief minister Sukhbir Singh Badal on Monday expressed shock over the tragic demise of 6 policemen including a head constable and five constables in an unfortunate road accident near village Lohari of district Fatehgarh Sahib.
Besides this, 11 policemen were injured
in this accident. Directing the district civil and police administrations to provide logistic support to the families of the victims and medical treatment to the injured ones, Badal assured that the state government would provide every possible help to the families of these policemen.
Expressing his heartfelt sympathies with the members of the bereaved families, Badal prayed to almighty to grant peace to the departed souls and strength to the families to bear this irreparable loss.
