The Northern Railway has started more holi season trains. A railway official said that the special trains would include Ludhiana- Saharsa- Ambala Cantonment, Chandigarh- Varanasi- Chandigarh, New Delhi- Trivandrum- New Delhi Superfast, Dibrugarh- Delhi Junction- Dibrugarh, Guwahati- Varanasi-
Guwahati, Darbhanga- Anand Vihar- Darbhanga, Saharsa- Firozpur- Saharsa, Saharsa- Firozpur- Saharsa, Patna- Anand Vihar- Patna Superfast, Gorakhpur- Anand Vihar- Gorakhpur and Chhapra- Delhi Junction- Chhapra.
He added that Ludhiana- Saharsa Holi special train would depart from Ludhiana at 10.25am on March 21 and 24 (two trips) to reach Saharsa at 4.10pm the next day.
"In the return direction it will terminate at Ambala Cantt station," he said.
The Chandigarh-Varanasi would depart from Chandigarh at 11.15 pm on March 23, 25 and 28 to reach Varanasi at 5.30 pm the next day. The Saharsa- Ferozepur would depart from Saharsa at 8.05 pm on March 30 and April 3 and would reach Ferozepur at 5 am the third day.
He added that another Saharsa- Firozpur unreserved holi special train would depart from Saharsa at 8.05pm on March 31 and April 4 and would reach Ferozepur at 5 am the third day.
