Nine fresh dengue cases were confirmed here on Wednesday. Of these nine cases, six patients belong to Ludhiana.
The dengue patients from Ludhiana district are Gurdeep from Pohir, Jashandeep from Jagraon, Rambha Devi, Mundian, Paramjeet Kaur from Dugri, Pushpa from Janta Nagar and Suman
from Pavittar Nagar.
The other dengue patients are Lakshdeep from Patiala, Gaurav from Hoshiarpur and Amritpal from Kurukshetra, Haryana.
A total of 148 dengue cases have been confirmed here this year. Of these, 69 cases belong to Ludhiana and remaining belong to other districts and states.
The dengue patients are under treatment at the civil hospital and Dayanand Medical College and Hospital.
