Perturbed over his exclusion in the committee formed to settle the dispute over land acquisition for laying of rail track up to Rajpura Thermal Plant in Jeonpura of Fatehgarh, the Congress MLA from Fatehgarh Sahib, Kuljeet Singh Nagra, would stage a dharna in front of chief minister's house in Chandigarh.

Nagra is upset over chief minister Parkash Singh Badal's move to include senior SAD leader Prem Singh Chandumajra, who had contested assembly election against Nagra, in the committee comprising land owners and district administration.

"This is gross injustice with the people's mandate," Nagra said.

"Chandumajra's name has been included in the committee just to get political mileage, while the entire struggle for better compensation was spearheaded by me," he said.
