It has been a great experience with the Delhi Daredevils. It is not about how many games you win, it is about the squad and management. We have been playing well as a team. Our batting line-up has some good names and we try and help each other.

That's been the secret of our success. The best part of this experience has been that I've got to bat with guys like Viru. It has been fun to be at the other end when he's batting. I also had a chance to bat with Mahela the other night too.

Good team effort
Thankfully, we have had some modest totals to chase, and the credit goes to our bowlers. Irfan, Morne, Nadeem (who is a clever little left-arm spinner),

Umesh and Ajit have bowled well too. Roelof also did well in one of the games. So, it has been a good team effort in that sense. Next up are the Deccan Chargers. They are a quality side but we should be able to win if we play to our potential. We will be playing at home at the Kotla and that's been one of the plusses of this IPL. The crowds have been fantastic and noisy.

Good crowd
When you land at the Kotla as an England player, the venue grows on you. But it is great as a Daredevils' player to come here. The crowd is cheering for you the moment you start your warm-ups. To experience it as a group, makes you feel proud to be a part of the team. I have had an opportunity to go around the city as well. I went to Gurgaon to meet Yuvi, so, I have been up and about. Overall, the support for Delhi has been superb.

I must say the vibes we are getting as a group are excellent. Something good's round the corner, so stay with us.
