Gautam Gambhir doesn't agree with his India captain MS Dhoni's rotation policy and even expressed his displeasure during the recent tour of Down Under, suggesting a possible rift between him and the skipper. And, in the IPL, Gauti is showing that he believes in backing his players.

Otherwise, what would have prompted the KKR skipper to persist with Yusuf Pathan, who is proving to be a white elephant in the dressing room. Yusuf has played 14 matches in IPL V and scored 138 runs. "I think, Pathan is very important. He is a potential match-winner for us," said Gambhir.
