While success for most people means fame and money, actor Hrithik Roshan says that for him, it is all about how well one manages their time and fit in everything one likes into their daily routine.

“My entire journey has made me realise success in a very different perspective. According to me, success is not about the fame, it’s not about the money, and it’s not about the glory. Success is how you can manage your time, it’s the art of time management,” says the 39-year-old.

“If you can make time for all the things you want to do in your life, you are a successful person. Instead of being tied down by time, if you are controlling your time, you are successful. If you really are, tell me how, because I am still learning,” he adds.

Ask him who is the most punctual person he knows, and Hrithik says, “My dad has been the most hardcore punctual person in life. He says that there is no concept of being on time. You are either before time or you are late. So that is something I am still trying to incorporate in my life.”

The actor is currently shooting for Krrish 3, a sequel to his 2006-hit Krrish, which is being directed by his father Rakesh Roshan.
