Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) president Sukhbir Singh Badal has convened a meeting of all senior party leaders at Moga on February 4.
The meeting has been scheduled near Bughipura Chowk to launch the campaign of Joginder Pal Jain, SAD-BJP candidate for the February 23 Moga byelection, party spokesman Dr Daljit Singh Cheema said here.

"Sukhbir has asked party leaders who are part of the government, such as ministers or MLAs, to avoid using government vehicles and also not use the red beacon on their vehicles as the model code of conduct is in force," Dr Cheema said.
