To relieve examinees from stress and anxiety during the upcoming UP Board examinations, Aminabad Inter College has launched a free helpline service for students that will be operational from February 1 till the end of the exams. Queries related to subject matter will be addressed by the teachers while calls related to anxiety and exam phobia will be transferred to psychologists. The service is being made available free of cost to the students of all colleges, said principal JP Mishra. The 24-hour helpline numbers are: 9450793654, 9451388529, 9455555716, 9415783582, 8005343882 and 9415007678.

Besides, the UP Madhyamik Shikshak Sangh will also roll out similar helpline service to ease examination pressure for students. RP Mishra, an officebearer of the association told HT that in a few days time, they would announce the helpline number for the students where students might get any queries addressed related to different subjects.

CBSE call centre

CBSE has also set up a dedicated call centre for students studying in CBSE affiliated schools, candidates appearing in private examination, pass outs of CBSE, parents, school management, new schools seeking CBSE affiliation, applicants for NEET, JEE, CTET, JNVST and general public for obtaining information of the procedures/rules and regulations of various activities of the Board.
