American reality star Kim Kardashian, who is four months pregnant, flaunted her baby bump for the first time when she arrived for a meeting in Beverly Hills last week. The 32-year-old wore a baggy, long-sleeved charcoal top and black leggings which clung to her famous derriere. Kim is expecting her first baby with rapper beau Kanye West.
