His debut film Vicky Donor’s success helped him find a firm foothold in filmdom. So now, when Nautanki Saala is ready for release, actor Ayushmann Khurrana says there is no ‘butterflies-in-stomach’ feeling — thanks to filmmaker Rohan Sippy. “I’m with the Sippys and that’s why I’m not facing any pressure. They made Sholay. I was narrated the script in the same room as Sholay was. There can be nothing
bigger than this,” says Ayushmann.

The romantic comedy also stars actor Kunaal Roy Kapur. About their theatre background, Ayushmann says theatre training helps a lot. “We had a 25 days’ workshop. I had to unlearn a lot of stuff for the film. But the theatre training helped,” says the 28-year-old.

The actor is also working on upcoming film Hamara Bajaj.
