The Division number 4 police on Saturday arrested three people for abetment to suicide, when they were trying to flee from city to evade the arrest.
Revealing details, inspector Vinod Kumar, SHO police station division number 4 said that the police arrested a shopkeeper Kundan Shah, his brother Abhinandan Shah and father Somnath during a special naka, as they were wanted in a case of abetment to suicide of a minor girl and were trying to flee.

It has been learnt that Shabnam of New Hargobind Nagar consumed acid on Thursday after she was harassed by the accused. She was admitted to DMC hospital, where she died on Friday.

Father of the girl Mohammad Hamid registered a case against Kundan Shah and his family on Friday.
