Breaking the usual trend of taking bride home in a car, a man flew his newly-wedded wife in a helicopter to Delhi from Jewar in Greater Noida

The bridegroom Akram alongwith a marriage party had come from Mangol Puri in Delhi on Saturday night to wed Jewar resident Nazreen.

However on Sunday Akram instead of returning back in the car he had come in, he took his newly-wedded wife home in a chopper.

Helicopter use in weddings by villagers has been on an increase in the recent past.
