Punjab and Haryan high court appoints retired supreme court judge Kuldeep Singh, a mediator to resolve the issue of renewal of lease between Chandigarh Golf Club and Chandigarh administration.
It also directs golf club to pay Rs. 10 Lakh, apart from Rs. 20 Lakh which is already paid to UT administration.
