“We have formulated a new system, which includes the name of a contact person, landline number and an email address to lodge complaints. Earlier, motorists had to visit the MMRDA office to lodge complaints. Now it will be simpler,” said Aneel Wankhade, deputy metropolitan commissioner, MMRDA.
The authority has also served show-cause notices to some of the contractors involved in malpractices and security personnel have been deployed at parking lots to keep a watch.
