Legendary athlete, Milkha Singh, has been named in an FIR lodged by Lt Col Vijay Singh Sandhu (retd) following a brawl that took place between two groups of golfers at the Chandigarh Golf Club on Saturday. Though Milkha was not involved directly in the assault, Sandhu has charged him as a conspirator.

Ugly scenes were witnessed at the club on Saturday when Congress MLA, Randeep Singh Nabha, Milkha Singh, former Punjab chief secretary, RS Mann, and SS Laihal were playing in a group and allegedly entered into a confrontation with another group comprising Lt Col Sandhu, Harmanjit Sethi and Ajay Kanwar.
