"Congratulations @harbhajan_singh on playing his 100th Test tomorrow. Let this series be an encore of 2001. Good luck!" tweeted BCCI, confirming the news on Thursday.

The Pubjab cricketer will be the 10th Indian to play in 100 Tests or more.

The offie, however, has for over 18 months now mostly been out of the side and has played only one Test.

Harbhajan has so far taken 408 wickets from 99 Tests at an average of 32.27 and a strike-rate of 68.1.
