Socialite Kim Kardashian and boyfriend Kanye West can't decide whether they want to employ nannies after their first baby's birth or not. The couple is expecting their child's birth soon, and Kanye wants some nannies to help Kim with the baby. However Kim, 32, is ready to balance her professional and personal life single-handedly, reports eonline.com.

"Kanye worries she'll (Kim will) be juggling too much and thought a group of nannies would be what she wanted. Kim is so driven by work and her image, she's already filling her diary up with personal appearances from August onwards, despite being due to give birth in July," a source said.

Kanye wants Kim to have all the support she requires.

"Her attitude seems to be that she'll give birth, lose the weight in double quick time, and then get back to work. And Kanye is fine with that, but he wants to make sure they have all the support they'll need when," the source said.
