Six accused under Immigration Act acquittedWere booked following 106 complaints and challans present by CBIA special CBI court, during hearing of cases in lok adalat, disposed of a case under the Immigration Act in which six persons were accused of sending people abroad using forged documents. Acting on behalf of 106 complaints and challans presented by CBI, a case under the Immigration Act had been registered against one PC Bhardwaj and 5 other agents, who allegedly helped in getting visas for people in 2004. But all six were acquitted on Saturday. A similar case under Immigration Act was also disposed of.
