If Hindi filmmakers announced a movie on the Delhi gang rape, Bengali filmmaker Agnidev Chatterjee has begun shooting a film on the aftermath of the case.

“My film is based on the nationwide protests after the incident. It also has the Rs. 1000 crore Maharashtra education scam in it,” says Chatterjee.

Titled A Political Murder, the film stars Rituparna Sengupta in the lead.
