Excited by the prospects, Sonakshi has decided to double the time she usually reserves for promoting her films. Instead of the usual 20 days, she has apparently allotted 40 days for the marketing of Lootera.
Sonakshi says, “When it comes to shooting, Lootera has been one of the most difficult experiences for me. The characters, looks, performances and locations are all from an era I knew nothing about. But when Vikramaditya (Motwane; director) showed me the trailer and some rushes, I felt the struggle was worth it.” She adds, “I loved what I saw; this is probably my best performance so far.”
Apparently, it was after Sonakshi saw the rushes of the film that she decided to double the dates she had previously allocated for the promotional activities.
“She wants to give her film the best. She wants to reach out to the audience and create awareness about it. Ranveer and Sonakshi will promote the film extensively,” adds the source.
