The list also includes the name of Dr SL Vaya of forensic science laboratory at Gandhi Nagar who conducted Narco and brain mapping tests on the Talwars. “The CBI counsels sought time for Thursday to file their objections to the list of 13 witnesses we submitted,” Talwars’ lawyer Manoj Shishodia said.
CBI special public prosecutor RK Saini said, “We will file our objections against their list of 13 witnesses and also over their request for provision of documents on Thursday.”
In an application filed before the court on Tuesday, Talwars had named a forensic science expert, Andrei Semikhodskii from England.
But the name did not figure in the list of 13 witnesses submitted on Wednesday.
Talwars stated that more witnesses could be included once their previous application is decided by the court.
