Bindra said Clause 2.1 of the Code clearly states that the directors shall act in an ethical manner and shall not engage in conduct that gives the appearance of impropriety and Clause 4.1 makes it abundantly clear that directors shall not use their position with ICC for personal gain.
In order to prosecute players, officials and franchise owners found guilty of corrupt practices in T20 leagues, the ICC’s ACSU is likely to recommend stronger anti-corruption laws to members. Sir Ronnie Flannagan, chairman of ACSU, will address concerns.

The ICC is likely to deliberate on the venues for next year’s World Twenty20, scheduled to be held in Bangladesh. BCB recently raised concerns over the delay in setting up infrastructure to meet original deadlines. The members are likely to discuss options, perhaps moving the event to another country .
