He said the surgery on the 39-year-old Krrish star was successful. "Hrithik is fully conscious and doing fine. He is currently under observation and will be discharged in two or three days. Hrithik has been advised 4-weeks bed rest after which he can resume shooting," Mishra said. Hrithik's father, actor-director Rakesh Roshan said the actor was admitted to Hinduja Hospital in Khar in suburban Mumbai this morning. "He (Hrithik) is doing fine now. He has been shifted to a room and will be discharged in two days," Rakesh Roshan told PTI after the two-hour long operation. Mishra said that Hrithik was suffering from Subdural Hematoma caused in the brain as a result of the head injury. He can resume shooting in 4-weeks time, he said. Hrithik's wife Sussanne was present at the hospital along with his parents throughout the surgery. "Thank you for all your love and concern, Hrithik has come out of the surgery stronger than ever before. Gratitude and love to all of you for all your good wishes and prayers for him," a relieved Sussanne said in a statement. Earlier, the actor took to his Facebook page to tell his fans about the surgery. "I am going to go through brain surgery today and want you to know that I am going in with absolute power to recover fast. My thanks to all of you for using the power of your mind to contribute to my life. Love you all," Hrithik posted. "We all know that we create a life of joy using the power of our mind. I've had the privilege of creating wonders with this amazing gift given to us called the brain. Occasionally one must look within and realise its value. It gives us the power to see, hear, touch, smell and taste, it allows us to conquer fear and create courage to do things we never imagined. Maybe it's time for me to feel the power literally," he added. Hrithik's much awaited super-hero film 'Krrish 3' will release on November 4. The shooting schedule of his upcoming film 'Bang Bang' has been postponed till he recuperates.
