However, after the second incident was reported from the same spot, the police have decided to write to the authority concerned to make the area safer.
“We will write a letter to court receiver and ask them to post security guards at the mill compound,” said Vinayak Deshmukh, deputy commissioner of police (zone III).
The police also said that they would also enhance patrolling at all places under their jurisdiction that maybe prone to such incidents.
These spots include many mill lands and sea side forts in central Mumbai that are secluded.
