"There will be no compromise on anti-party activities. Not for me not for anyone. If anyone in the party commits 0.1% mischief, reject them outright. It does not matter if one is a minister, or a member, mayor-in-council, or an elected member. It is the workers and the people we are concerned with. We should not do anything so that people misunderstands us," she said.
Interestingly, Lok Sabha MP Satabdi Roy and Tapas Paul who attended the blood donation camp organised by Diamond Harbour MP Somen Mitra were seated in the front row with the chief minister.
Rajya Sabha MP Kunal Ghosh, who was suspended on Saturday, Mitra and his wife MLA Skiha Mitra were the other three prominent absentees.
