During the two years of the fellowship, the fellows have to bring about a significant transformation in these schools. The two years are divided into four semesters. The schedule for the two years includes daily peer reviews, expert reviews, field visits, etc.
The role of the fellows is to support the headmasters in school development plans, in addition to organising morning assemblies, executing mid-day meal schemes and mobilising community participation and collaboration, among others.
Each fellow receives an endowment of `14,000 per month with other benefits. The fellowship is open to any person who is appearing for the final year examinations of graduation or postgraduation across disciplines. The upper age limit is 25 years.
