Hamirpur, October 10, 2013
The Hamirpur district unit of the HP non-gazette services federation has demanded from chief minister Virbhadra Singh to release them another installment of 10% additional dearness allowance (ADA) in view of the festival season. Man Chand Rana and Sanjeev Prabhakar, president and general secretary of the federation, respectively, said here on Thursday that it was the need of the hour to release the installment of ADA as prices of almost all items had skyrocketed and it would be difficult to meet them during the festival season.

They expressed optimism that the chief minister in the capacity of finance minister would make an announcement in this respect by Dussehra.
