A fan of Get Healthy, Delhi, Madhuri Arora wrote to us to share how doing pranayama has transformed her life. “Since I work from home, I never used to get up before 11 am. I would feel lazy and tired all day. Ever since I started following this campaign, I have been getting up early. I do pranayama every day and I feel energetic and don’t get stressed out,” she says.
