love story of an Indian girl, Tabassum, and Shadab, a Pakistani boy. The two fall in love with each other while attempting to reunite their grandmothers, the childhood best friends who lost touch after the 1947 partition of India and Pakistan.

Sushant Singh, who is usually a narrator on the show, turns actor for this R-Day special episode. He will portray an IAS officer, who is transferred to a militancy-affected area, where hoisting of the tri-colour is also considered risky. Watch him fight the millitancy in a bid to free the area of militants.

This special 1-hour documentary takes a closer look at the lives and trials of the men in uniform and all that goes into making the war heroes of India.
