However, after getting hurt, Arjun immediately started shooting for Finding Fanny Fernandes in Goa. “His character in the film is a hunchback, and that aggravated his condition further. The problem was diagnosed later and he underwent physiotherapy,” says an insider.
But since Arjun was busy, he couldn’t take time off completely. So he shot for Karan Johar’s chat show and also attended Gunday’s music launch in spite of the acute pain. “It was so bad that I couldn’t even stand properly. I also suffer from vertigo”, says Arjun. As a result, the actor, who was supposed to start his film Tevar, produced by father Boney Kapoor, in December, began shooting for it only a few days back. “I asked dad if the shoot can be pushed by 15 days and he understood. He gave me time to recover and feel 100 per cent normal before starting the shoot,” says Arjun.
Due to the physio sessions, Arjun had to give up the gym. “My doctors asked me to stop working out and I put on about five kg. But I’ve been exercising for the past few days and have lost about four kg,” he says.
