merely stated to be “from a European country”.The Indian nationals were identified as Sharatchandra (Bangalore), Premal Mehta and Arvind Desai (both from (Ahmedabad), Dilawar and Jiwaram (both from
Barmer) and another unidentified person.Barmer superintendent of police Hemant Sharma said the arrested persons have claimed to have entered the restricted area “by mistake”.As per norms, all the arrested persons will be questioned by a joint interrogation committee.They were brought to Barmer where they will be questioned by the
JIC on Monday.
