Making clear the stance of the Haryana Janhit Congress (BL) on the alliance with the BJP, senior HJC leader and convener of the HJC-BJP alliance, Dharampal Malik has said they were committed to be in alliance with the saffron party on the earlier agreed upon conditions. Interacting with mediapersons in Sonepat on Monday, Malik said according to the terms approved by the BJP’s central leadership, each party would contest on 45 assembly seats and Kuldeep Bishnoi would serve as chief minister for the first term if the alliance is voted to power.

Reiterating his party’s demand, Malik said the BJP should stay committed to the alliance promises while facing the October assembly polls.

To aquery on the recent statements by state BJP leaders, he said his party would meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other senior leaders in this regard.
