Sources said a CBI team carried out a search operation around 6.30am at an apartment in Karnataka's Bangalore city, where the 13 aspirants were kept with a promise that the question paper of the examination, which was scheduled to be held on Sunday, would be leaked for a bribe of Rs. 5 lakh.
However, other than the said candidates no one from the gang has been arrested so far.
The spokesperson said after taking the 13 candidates into custody, residences of the other accused were also searched and some sample question papers and cash of Rs. 1.5 lakh was seized.
