On help voice samples and other details needed by India, the Pak diplomat said, “These issues are related to internal ministry and I cannot comment on that.”
Responding to a question, the Pakistani foreign secretary, who received a warm welcome at the Attari Border said, “Both the nations before this have had home secretary level talks and Kashmir has been the part of the talks. And in this foreign minister level meeting to be held in Delhi, Kashmir issue will be a part.”
On priorities in the forthcoming ministerial level talks, Salman Bashir, said, “this is going to be a full spectrum dialogue and both nations are expected top talk on wide range issues. All important issues that matter for both the countries will be discussed and we hope that best of results come out.”
The dialogue between both the nations resumed sometime back and things have gone pretty well till now.
"I am happy to be here for the foreign ministry level meeting", he added.
Notably, the Indo-Pak foreign ministers meet in New Delhi on July 27 and the secretary claimed that he would meet his Indian counterpart on July 26 to look into the arrangements for talks.
The foreign secretary Salman Bashir was part of the five-member delegation. Bashir’s wife also accompanied him.
