Claiming that while Sangramgarh is his Janam Bhumi, Tiwari says, he chose Rampur Khas assembly constituency as his Karm bhumi because the people of the area had never seen development before 1980’s. Ask him if he is ready for elections? “I have already won on eight consecutive occasions. My constituency residents are my family members and will remain so till my last breath. This is my ninth election and after victory I would apply for a place in Guinness Book of World Records. One constituency, one party and victory all the way is certainly a rarity,” said the MLA.
