The officer said the sticky bomb put on 42-year-old Tal Yehoshua Koren’s Israeli embassy vehicle had traces of potassium chlorate — a low-grade nitrate compound — and no shrapnel. Traces of a “magnetic substance” were also found.

The Thailand police have said the Iranian bomber in Bangkok wanted to target Israeli diplomats. Israel has blamed the Delhi bomb attack too on Iran.
