Over 25 developers including Bestech, SS Group, Mapsko, SARE Homes, Ashiana,  Paras, BPTP  Eldeco, ILD Spire Greens, Orris, Spaze and Sunworld among others are showcasing over 50 projects under a single platform.

On offer at the two-day property fair will be prime residential apartments, high-end villas, weekend homes and plots in the range of Rs. 50 lakh to Rs. 2 crore.

“This is part of Hindustan Times series of events on travel, durables and lifestyle products where we get all companies under one roof so that readers can go there, compare prices, offerings and make an informed decision,” says Nitin Chaudhry, vice president, media marketing, Hindustan Times.

In a similar exhibition in April, the footfall was around 3500.
