It is very difficult to predict the future; if we could we would all aim to be happy and rich. I would suggest that you consider three things for your career option. First, find what you are passionate about, what interests you, the kind of job that makes you happy... do you like to think? Do you like to be with people or do you want to do something just for the sake of doing something?
The second thing you should seriously work on is your capability. What comes naturally to you? What abilities do you have? The third is the kind of qualification and experience that you have. If you introspect carefully on all three (you should preferably write your thoughts down), you will get an answer to what you should be doing in the future.
I have done my high school in commerce with math and my BSc in hotel management, catering, technology and applied nutrition from Jaipur. I am currently working with The Oberoi, Gurgaon, for the past one year in the housekeeping department. Now I wish to change my stream as I'm not interested in the hotel industry and wish to switch to either a government job, an MNC in the HR or finance or administrative department. Recently, I have also applied for a correspondence in MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. Please advice on how I should move ahead.

My advice would be to first decide what exactly it is that you want to do. From what you have written, it seems that you are running away from an issue rather than running towards a future or a job. Unless you have some extraordinary capabilities you cannot wake up one day and say you want to be in HR and the next day decide you should go in for finance or marketing. Decide on your core strengths and interests first; then take the next step.
